More Colleges of Education Teach Phonics….

Great news!!  Reading Horizons has just announced that five more Teachers Colleges adopt evidence based reading instruction courses.  http://www.readinghorizons.com/our-approach

Let’s keep this ball rolling.  Perhaps the National Council for Teacher Quality will have to revise the the number of teachers colleges that include evidence based reading instruction sooner rather than later.  There is hope that this trend will continue to grow until it becomes an education movement.  The results can surely be that illiteracy will be reduced and students will once more graduate able to read proficiently, spell correctly, and write cogently.

Let us know of any “new arrivals” on the scene, please?  Together we can change the world.  Believe it!!
